The Sunnyvale office is designed to be a vibrant part of the community – comprised of four office buildings (Service, Respect, Excellence, and Integrity) with amenity spaces, parking decks, and surface lots.

How We Planned the Move
The decision-making process behind our office building assignments was rooted in a few core principles:
- Flexible workstation arrangement allows teams to utilize space effectively;
- Keep teams as intact as possible to maximize teamwork and productivity; and
- Strategic co-location with the business where applicable to ensure partner collaboration is easy and seamless.
Move-In Timeline
We're planning a phased transition throughout this year. To ensure a smooth move for everyone, we're committed to providing plenty of lead time and clarity.

Transportation
Parking
- Two parking decks are located onsite, along with additional surface lots. Parking is first come, first served, with required permit.
- There are reserved spaces for ADA, Expectant Mother, EV charging (coming soon), Vanpool/Carpool, and visitors.
Parking Permit Process
- Permits are required for parking personal vehicles. Only one permit will be issued per Walmart associate, and they will be individually numbered.
- The permits are removable static clings that can be placed on any non-commercial vehicle within a 7” square on the passenger side of the windshield.
- All non-permitted vehicles are subject to tow.
- All third-party contractors are required to park off-site.
- To apply for a permit, you must enter the following information in Commutifi:

- License Plate Tag No.
- Make/Model
- Color
EV Charging
EV charging is coming soon to the Sunnyvale Crossman campus. Additional details will be shared soon.
Shuttle
Shuttle service will drop off/pick up at both the Sunnyvale Crossman Campus and Tech Corners and run throughout the day between the sites.
- For commuting options, visit Commutifi (VPN required).
- Track your shuttle by downloading Walmart Commuting app.
- See all routes on the shuttle schedule.
Train
- Transportation Authority (VTA) Light Rail (Orange Line between Crossman & Tech Corner sites)
- ACE Rail train (Last-mile shuttle offered to both Sunnyvale sites)

Bike racks are available in front of some buildings and additional bike and scooter parking is available in the P1 parking deck fenced cage.

The new Sunnyvale Crossman Campus redefines work and collaboration with a range of flexible spaces including shared and hoteling workstations, collaboration spaces, and lots of natural light and views.
While selecting the right space can optimize the individual and team experience, we encourage you to be considerate of the nature and size of your meeting when making your reservation. Please choose a room that aligns with your group size, ensuring larger spaces are reserved for larger gatherings.
Our campus is thoughtfully designed, keeping our associates and Walmart culture at the forefront. Workstation personalization should be used via the following guidelines:

Workstations
Universal Workstation Design provides a height adjustable desk, rolling desk chair, moveable pedestal (file drawers), bag hook, 34” ultra-wide HD curved monitor, high-definition external webcam and universal wireless mouse/keyboard.
Reservable Spaces
Associates are encouraged to use Me@Campus when reserving hotel workstations and conference rooms. Please consider the size of your meeting when reserving conference rooms. Associates that need ongoing, continuous project space should coordinate with their team leaders on utilizing huddle rooms allocated to officers. If additional accommodations are needed, then associates will need to request through this form.

Reserving Guidelines
- Workspaces are meant to be shared across the team zone and support a variety of activities. Please do not occupy workstations or spaces without assignment or reservations. You can reserve workspaces through Me@Campus.
- Make sure to consider acoustics and technology when booking a space to work or meet.
- Honor the reservation schedule. Avoid disrupting other reservations by ending your meeting on time.
- Don’t leave personal materials behind after use.
Hotel Workstation Guidelines
- You can book up 1 month in advance.
- You can book up to 1 week duration.
- Workstation reservation will be released and made available to other associates if the associate does not arrive to workstation within 1 hour 30 minutes of reservation start time.
Conference Room Guidelines
- You can book 18 months in advance.
- You can book up to 1 week duration.
- All meeting rooms will be released and made available to other associates based on meeting duration:
- All-day meetings – 1 hour without movement
- >2 hours – 30 min without movement
- <2 hours – 15 minutes without movement
- To keep our spaces clean and ready for the next team, please wipe the whiteboard after your meeting.

Our dedicated Hospitality Team is here to make booking rooms and services seamless. For spaces accommodating more than 20 people, we offer centrally managed solutions, ensuring you have everything you need to host a productive meeting.

Rooms have furniture options. Associates pick style, layout and flow of space.

Epic food options await. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages can be added to bookings with the click of a button. With catering drop points attached to rooms, food and beverage services can happen without disruption to meetings and events.

Plan with a Coordinator
A coordinator will reach out to complete the intake process, get additional information and book your room. You will be sent an Outlook calendar invite from the booked room.
Prepare for the meeting
Behind the scenes, your coordinator will be planning. Along the way you will get emails with links to select catering, confirm layouts, and AV services needed.
Rooms of all styles and functions are available across campus. We have made booking rooms and services for team gatherings a one-stop-shop. All rooms that accommodate over 15 people are centrally managed. All these rooms can have additional services added to them. Most of these rooms have configurable furniture.

Rows of chairs all facing towards a central stage or focal point. No tables.

Round tables, surrounded by chairs, facilitating group discussions or collaborative work. Good for meals.

Tables and chairs are arranged in a U-shape to facilitate communication, interaction, and visibility.

Food & Beverage
- The Sunnyvale Café. Step into The Excellence Building and treat yourself at the Sunnyvale Café. Need catering? The Café has you covered—just ask!
- Grab & Go. On the move? Swing by Floor 1 of The Respect Building or the café seating area in The Excellence Building for quick, delicious Grab & Go options.
- Community Kitchen. Each floor features a Community Kitchen—perfect for heating up your lunch, storing your snacks, or sipping on complimentary flavored still & sparkling water, coffee, and Coca-Cola Freestyle drinks.
- Dine Al Fresco. Take your meal outside! Enjoy the fresh air and sunshine in our outdoor patio seating area—because food tastes even better with a breeze.
Whole Health & Fitness
Sunnyvale’s Whole Health & Fitness has lots of options to support associates at the Crossman Campus and Tech Corners on their whole health journey:
- Whole Health experiences including sound bath, Taking Charge, and more.
- Large cardio and weight room.
- Multiple group fitness studios for Pilates, yoga, spin, and a variety of other fitness class styles.
- Rest & Recharge room offering compression treatment and assisted stretch.
- Outdoor recreation with a putting green, bocce court, and sand volleyball
- Indoor multipurpose gym to nurture your inner athlete.

Nursing Room
- Availability. Nursing rooms are available on each office floor and select amenity buildings for nursing needs.
- Access Request. For new users, simply visit ServiceNow to request badge access to the Nursing Rooms. Approval is automatic, and access is granted within 24 hours or less. You can also ask the lobby Security team for assistance with access.
- Booking. Once access is granted, you can pre-book rooms in Outlook for up to one hour. Room details will remain confidential to ensure your privacy.
- Access Duration. Your access to the nursing rooms will be valid for one year and can be renewed if needed.
- Equipment. Each room is equipped with a Medela Symphony hospital-grade pump. A personal attachment kit will be provided. To request a kit, please contact Todd Clark.
- Cleanliness. Please keep the room clean and respect others' personal items.
- Additional Support. For any issues with room access, please reach out to Security or the Hospitality team in your building. For maintenance issues, submit a request via Me@Campus.

We are a smoke and tobacco free campus.
A dedicated visitor smoking area is located in the covered shelter between The Excellence Building and Parking Deck 2.
